We are a Friendly Church with a renewed vision to reach young families for Jesus. We have Sunday morning Worship and Children's Church at 10:30am in the Worship Center. The Main Entrance to our Worship Center is located on Avenue E, SW with parking across the street and around the building. The Heritage Christian Academy is a Church-Affiliated private school that is open to students K-8th grade. Please contact the church office for more information. We hosted new missionaries Terence & Ingrid Lustana on Sunday night with finger foods, fellowship, and an excellent and exciting presentation from the Lustanas on their upcoming assignment in southeast Asia. They also reconnected with former presidents/professors at Asia-Pacific Nazarene Theological Seminary (masters degree alumni), Dr. Bruce & Dr. Peggy Oldham and Dr. LeBron & Anne Fairbanks.
A big thanks to everyone who attended, shared a greeting of love, and gave gift cards or cash at the welcome reception for Scott & Kristen. And what a great group of teens and young adults were there! Continue to pray for our youth ministry and young adult involvement, and let Scott know in what ways you’d like to help!
Volunteers gathered at the church conference room this morning to put together a shipment of over 20 boxes of books for the Christian Literature for Africa project. Thanks to our NMI Council and NMI President Wes Eby for their work on this important missions project!
